Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. olive or safflower oil
    2 to 3 crushed garlic cloves
    2 egg yolks
    juice of 1 lemon
    few shakes Worcestershire sauce
    grated Parmesan cheese
    bacon bits
    Caesar salad croutons
    romaine lettuce
Preparation
    Soak crushed garlic in oil for at least 1 hour.
    Add egg yolks, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
    Shake well.
    Pour dressing in bottom of bowl.
    On top, layer romaine, cheese, bacon bits and croutons 2 to 3 times.
    Mix and serve immediately.
