Roasted Lemon-Thyme Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh or 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
5 to 6 small potatoes, cut into fourths
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Spray an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with nonstick spray.
Mix the oil, lemon and thyme and toss with the potatoes. Place potatoes in pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake 20 minutes; turn and bake 15 minutes longer.
Makes 2 servings, 2 grams fat per serving.
