Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. French vanilla pudding mix
3 c. cold milk
9 oz. container whipped topping
1 box graham crackers
1 can chocolate frosting
Preparation

Combine pudding and milk.
Mix well.
Fold in whipped topping. Beat mixture two minutes at medium speed with mixer.
Place a layer of graham crackers in bottom of square 9 x 12-inch container.
Place a layer of pudding mix on top of crackers. Continue alternating layers, ending with graham crackers.
Spread on frosting.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
