Red Potato Salad(No Peeling Required!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small red potatoes
    1 c. chopped red peppers
    1/4 c. chopped red onion
Preparation
    Scrub and boil small red potatoes.
    Drain.
    Cool and cut potatoes into quarters.
    Add chopped red peppers and chopped red onion (depending on the amount).
    I use at least 1 cup red peppers and about 1/4 cup red onion).
    Add Marie's creamy garlic or ranch dressing.
    Serve.
