Nutty Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    1 c. pecan halves
    1 c. peanuts
    1 c. oleo, melted
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter in large saucepan.
    Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil 5 minutes without stirring.
    Remove from heat. Have popped corn, pecan halves and peanuts already mixed together. Stir in soda and vanilla with syrup mix.
    Pour over popped corn. Stir well.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and break up.
    Store in airtight container.
