Mozzarella Beef Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 large zucchini, chopped
2 large tomatoes, diced
8 oz. pasta
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown the meat.
Drain and set aside. Spray the skillet with Pam and saute the zucchini and tomatoes until tender.
Add the meat to the vegetable mixture.
Cook and drain the pasta.
Arrange on individual plates, top with meat and vegetable mixture and sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese. Microwave until the cheese is melted.
Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
