Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. lemon juice or chicken bouillon
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    chicken
Preparation
    Shake chicken in the flour, salt and tarragon.
    Melt the margarine in baking dish. Coat chicken in margarine and arrange in dish.
    Pour the lemon juice or chicken bouillon, chopped onion and garlic powder.
    Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
