Excellent Moist Chocolate Flat Pan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. water
    1 stick oleo or butter
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, mixed
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together.
    Bring oil, water, oleo or butter and cocoa to a boil.
    Add buttermilk (with baking soda stirred in), eggs and vanilla.
    Pour hot stuff over flour and sugar; stir all together.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cake will spring back when mashed a little.
    Icing can be poured over cake while warm.
