Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 c. canned tomatoes (No. 303 can)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttered bread cubes
Preparation
    Melt butter in 1-quart casserole.
    Add green pepper and onion. Cook with microwave 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
    Add tomatoes and bring to a boil.
    Add flour, sugar and salt.
    Mix. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring several times.
    Recipe yields 4 servings.
