Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage, browned
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    5 c. water
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice (original)
    2 envelopes Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms
    1 pkg. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Add bell pepper, onion, celery and water chestnuts to sausage and saute.
    Add water and bring to boil.
    Add rice and chicken noodle soup mix.
    Boil ingredients for 15 minutes.
    Combine the mixtures and add mushroom soup, mushrooms and almonds.
    Place in a casserole and bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
