Pineapple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 graham crackers made into crumbs
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. soft margarine
    2 c. skim milk
    1 pkg. lo-cal vanilla pudding mix
    2 c. pineapple chunks
    1 c. frozen whipped topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In small bowl, mix crumbs and margarine.
    Press into 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake until lightly browned (10 minutes).
    Remove and cool.
    Using 2 cups skim milk, prepare the pudding.
    Pour over crumbs.
    Top with pineapple. Spread topping over pudding.
    Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
