Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. walnuts
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients, mix well.
    Add to this the next four ingredients (flour, etc.).
    Stir in the last five ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes (metal pan) or 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes (glass pan). Do not overbake.
    Cool, then frost.
