Cheese Potato Puff Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 c. scalded milk
    2 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; drain.
    Add butter, cheese, milk and salt; beat thoroughly.
    Fold in beaten eggs; put in 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 10.
    Can be made ahead and reheated in oven before serving.
