Lemon Snow Flakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 1/4 oz.) lemon cake mix with pudding
    2 1/4 c. Cool Whip
    1 egg
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, Cool Whip and egg.
    Beat with mixer on medium until blended.
    Batter will be sticky.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls into confectioners sugar.
    Roll lightly to coat. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0. Makes 5 to 6 dozen.
