German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked new potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. fresh chopped parsley
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1 envelope MBT chicken seasoning, dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    bacon bits or 4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Layer potatoes, onion and parsley in large bowl.
    Add salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and chicken broth.
    Mix lightly.
    Top with crumbled bacon.
    May be served warm or cold.
