Cracker Jack - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 qt. popped popcorn
1 c. peanuts
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. oleo
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Put brown sugar, oleo, syrup and salt in deep pan and boil 5 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Add soda and stir (will foam).
Pour over popcorn and nuts.
Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.
May be frozen.
