Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. margarine/butter
2 c. sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. margarine/butter
Preparation

Combine potatoes and 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine in large bowl. Stir in sour cream, soup, onion, cheese, salt and pepper. Place in greased baking dish.
