Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 plus 1/3 c. corn syrup
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 qt. popped corn
    2 c. unsalted peanuts
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients (except popcorn).
    Grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
    Put in popcorn and coat with mix and bake for 8 minutes at 350\u00b0.
