Tomato Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    3 medium tomatoes
    fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine eggs, crumbs, cheese, garlic, thyme, Worcestershire and salt.
    Add spinach, celery and onion; mix well.
    Cut tomatoes in half crosswise.
    Scoop out centers, leaving 1/4 inch thick shells. Spoon spinach mixture into the shells.
    Sprinkle with crumbs. Place in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake, covered, in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
