Uncle Nick'S Famous Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
3 sprigs parsley
3 leaves celery
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. onion flakes
4 large eggs

Preparation

Beat eggs; add seasonings and mix with ground beef.
Use wet hands to roll into walnut size balls.
Can be fried on stove top or baked in oven at 350\u00b0 until brown.
