Enoch'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers or 1 large hen
    3 celery stalks (chopped fine)
    3 to 5 firm apples, chopped fine
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sweet salad cubes
    1/2 c. dill salad cubes
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken(s) until falling off bone.
    Debone and deskin chicken.
    Chop into 1/2-inch pieces (can use food processor).
    Peel and chop apples into 1/4 to 1/2-inch pieces.
    Chop celery into 1/4 to 1/2-inch pieces,too.
    Mix chicken, apples, celery, pickles together.
    Add celery salt, pepper, salt and mayonnaise.
    Mix well. Serve cold on sandwiches or with crackers.
