Carrot-Raisin Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped raisins
1 1/4 c. finely grated carrots
1/2 c. firmly chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix flour with salt, soda and baking powder.
Cream butter. Gradually beat in sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Add raisins and carrots.
