Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 onion, chopped and sauteed
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies, blended
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Doritos nacho cheese chips
1 can pinto beans (optional)
Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef.
Add cooked onion.
Blend together the soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Mix beans with meat after meat is cooked.
Crush Doritos chips and place in bottom of casserole dish.
Layer meat and onion mixture over the chips. Pour the blended soups and tomatoes over this.
Add grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and casserole is hot.
