* Fruit Cocktail Cake * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add eggs, fruit cocktail (including juice) and vanilla.
Mix together and spread in 9 x 11-inch pan. Sprinkle over top with dark brown sugar, mixed with nuts.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool and serve with whipped cream.
