Fudge Cake("Mississippi Mud") - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks melted margarine
2 C. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 C. flour
1 C. chopped English walnuts
1 1/2 to 2 1/2 C. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Combine margarine, sugar and salt; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix cocoa with flour and add to egg mixture; mix thoroughly. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into well greased and floured 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. (This will not look done.) Remove from oven and cover hot cake with the marshmallows. Put back in oven momentarily until melted; cool thoroughly. Frost.
