Huntington Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 lb.) hen
4 c. broth
1 c. shell macaroni
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed
8 Tbsp. flour
8 Tbsp. chicken fat
bread crumbs
butter
Preparation
-
Stew chicken; remove from bone in large pieces.
Thicken broth with flour and fat.
Cook macaroni and drain.
Combine chicken, macaroni, cheese, broth and soup.
Put into greased casserole and cover with crumbs which have been toasted in butter and a little cream.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
