Ingredients

2 cups grated raw potatoes
2 well - beaten eggs
1 small grated onion
3/4 tsp. salt
pinch pepper
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation

Peel potatoes and soak them in cold water. Grate them and pour off the liquid.
Add the grated onion, salt and pepper.
Mix flour and baking powder and add to the potatoes.
Add well beaten eggs. Drop by spoonfuls on a hot, well greased skillet.
Brown on both sides.
Drain well on paper towels.
Serve hot.
