Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground lamb or hamburger
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 large onion
    1 large can tomatoes
    garlic salt to taste
    1 large (3 lb.) cabbage
Preparation
    Core cabbage; cook until cabbage is almost soft.
    Combine meat, rice, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Remove individual cabbage leaves.
    Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of meat mixture at the top of the leaf.
    Roll leaf up, tucking in sides.
    Place cabbage rolls in a roasting dish.
    Add tomatoes; cover and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    You may wish to add more tomatoes or a little water if needed.
