Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks oleo (at room temperature)
    1 (1 lb.) carton 10x powdered sugar
    6 eggs, at room temperature
    1 10x box full sifted flour
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream oleo; add powdered sugar.
    Add eggs (one at a time). Sift flour 2 more times and combine with sugar mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 2 loaf pans or 1 long loaf pan. Serve with fruit, if desired.
