Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. chopped red pepper
    8 tortillas
Preparation
    Cook and stir hamburger, onion, salt and pepper until browned. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese.
    Cover and set aside.
    In separate pan, heat remaining ingredients, except tortillas.
    Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
    Simmer 15 minutes and pour sauce into pie plate. Dip each tortilla into sauce, covering both sides.
    Place into 12 x 9-inch baking dish and spoon 1/4 cup hamburger mix onto tortilla and roll around filling.
    Pour remaining sauce and cheese over enchiladas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes.
