Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 bell pepper
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 carton sour cream
1 onion
1 can cream-style corn
2 eggs
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Combine corns, onion, bell pepper, eggs and cornbread mix. Pour into baking dish and cover with sour cream and cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
