Saganaki(Flaming Greek Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Kasseri cheese
    2 Tbsp. Metaxa or brandy
    1/2 lemon
    Greek bread (or French or Italian bread)
Preparation
    Cut cheese into 1/4-inch thick slices.
    Place cheese on ovenproof skillet.
    Broil approximately 7 minutes.
    The cheese should be just soft and the surface should bubble slightly.
    Pour Metaxa over cheese and flame.
    Squeeze lemon over cheese.
    Serve immediately with Greek bread.
