Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cream the butter thoroughly.
    Add grated cheese, sifted flour, salt and Tabasco sauce. Work up well and roll out very thin. Cut with a fancy cutter and top with pecan half.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
