Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 box regular vanilla pudding mix
    2 c. milk
    2 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. white sugar
Preparation
    Mix together powdered sugar and peanut butter until it is like crumbs.
    Sprinkle in bottom of baked pie shell, reserving a small amount for top of pie.
    Cook pudding as directed, adding lightly beaten egg yolks and milk.
    Cool and pour into pie shell.
    Beat egg whites to peaks.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Cover pie with meringue and sprinkle with reserved peanut mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until lightly brown.
