Ingredients

8 qt. tomato juice
2 to 3 hot peppers
5 to 6 garlic cloves
6 green peppers
4 to 5 medium onions
1 Tbsp. basil
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. oregano
5 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. oil
3 small cans tomato paste
Preparation

Blend in blender the hot peppers, garlic and onions.
Add to juice.
Cook 2 to 3 hours, then add 3 small cans of tomato paste. Cook until thickened.
Then fill hot jars and seal.
