All-Bran Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. All-Bran cereal
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. lukewarm water
6 to 7 c. white and whole wheat flour
Preparation

In large bowl, mix shortening, water, sugar, All-Bran and salt. Let stand until lukewarm.
Beat eggs; stir into lukewarm ingredients.
Stir in yeast dissolved in water.
Add 3 cups whole wheat and 3 cups white flour, stirring as added.
Never use more than 7 cups.
Brush top with melted butter and cover tightly with wax paper.
Place in refrigerator for several hours or days.
