Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted butter
2 good-sized summer squash or zucchini
1 c. sour cream
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix butter and bread crumbs.
Sprinkle half on bottom of pan. Cook sliced squash 5 to 10 minutes.
Mix soup, carrots and sour cream.
Place layer of squash over buttered bread crumbs and then the soup mixture.
Alternate layers.
Sprinkle top with remaining bread crumb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
