Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. diced apples (do not peel)
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. nuts
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all by hand, not a mixer.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
