Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crabmeat
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. cream
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour.
    Cook until well blended.
    Add next 5 ingredients.
    Heat until cheese melts.
    Beat yolks.
    Add to cheese mixture.
    Stir in the crab mixture.
    Bake in moderate oven until brown.
