Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large mushroom caps
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Wipe mushroom caps clean.
Melt 4 tablespoons oleo; let cool a bit.
Use hands and coat caps well with oleo.
Put in buttered baking dish.
Mix crumbs, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and egg together.
Fill each cap with mixture.
Melt remaining oleo. Sprinkle caps with Parmesan and drizzle with oleo.
Bake
in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves 4.
