Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2/3 c. tomato sauce
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine meat, egg, cracker crumbs, onion and the 1/3 cup tomato sauce, salt oregano and pepper.
    Shape into a 10 x 12-inch rectangle on waxed paper.
    Sprinkle with the cheese.
    Roll up and press ends to seal.
    (Seal very carefully.)
    Place in a shallow pan and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Pour the 2/3 cup of sauce over the top and bake another 15 minutes.
