Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 large potatoes
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes and onion.
    Put in pan with 1/2 cup water.
    Add butter and salt.
    Boil until tender.
    Do not drain. Add cheese, stir until cheese melts, add sour cream.
    Put in greased casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until browned on top.
