Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 c. applesauce
9 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 box jelling agent
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves

Preparation

Mix applesauce and jelling agent together. Add remaining ingredients. Boil 1 to 2 minutes. Put in jars; seal.
