Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. can red salmon with juice
    2 large eggs
    lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
    bread crumbs (about 1 c. or less)
    fresh grated sharp Cheddar cheese (1/2 c. or to taste)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients, reserving a small portion of the grated Cheddar cheese on the side.
    Put mixture into a casserole dish and sprinkle reserved sharp Cheddar on top. Bake in oven for 40 minutes.
