Babka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    4 c. flour
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Pour warm water over yeast to dissolve.
    Meanwhile, scald milk and melt butter and sugar in it.
    When cool, add the flour, eggs (which have been beaten), yeast, salt and lemon extract.
    Beat well.
    Put in warm place to raise twice the size.
    Then put in greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour or until tester comes out clean.
