Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 cans Mandarin oranges
    3 sliced bananas
    1 small vanilla tapioca pudding mix (not instant)
    1 small vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
    cherries for top
Preparation
    Drain and save juice from pineapple and oranges.
    Add 2 cups juice to the 2 boxes of pudding.
    Mix and cook until thick and it bubbles.
    Cool, then add all the fruit.
    Mix well.
    Top with cherries.
    Chill.
