Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. brown sugar
4 c. white sugar
12 c. flour
2 c. cocoa
4 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. soda
4 tsp. salt (level)
8 Tbsp. shortening (heaping)
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. vanilla (8 tsp.)
8 c. hot water (add coffee, 12 tsp. to make strong)
Preparation

Stir all dry ingredients.
Make wells.
Before mixing dry ingredients, shortening, vinegar and vanilla, pour hot coffee over and mix.
Add 5 eggs last.
Use 1/4 of recipe for 3 dozen cupcakes.
