Dip Dogs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. cornmeal
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. hot dogs
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
-
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cornmeal.
Cut in shortening.
Add egg and milk and mix well.
Dip hot dogs in mixture.
Cook in deep fat until brown.
