Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg whites to stiff peaks.
Beat yolks until thick and lemon colored.
Add lemon peel, juice, butter and milk.
Combine dry ingredients and add to milk mixture; beat until smooth.
Fold in egg whites.
Spoon into slow cooker and cover.
Cook on high 2 to 3 hours.
