Corned Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium size potatoes, cut as for French fries
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dust of pepper
    1 can corned beef, cut in pieces
    3/4 tsp. ground sage
Preparation
    Wash and peel potatoes.
    Cut as for French fries.
    Put in stewer; cover with water.
    Add salt and dust of pepper.
    Cook on medium heat until tender.
    Add corned beef and ground sage. Serves 4.
